OCTOBER 2ND - PASTORS & CHURCH LEADERS DINNER

On Wednesday, October 2, 2024, the Africa Mission Training Institute (AMTI) hosted a special Pastor’s Dinner, inviting church leaders from across the region to share in the vision and mission of the institution. The evening’s primary focus was to deepen the connection between AMTI and local churches, placing pastors at the forefront of community development and addressing pressing challenges like youth unemployment.

AMTI’s core belief is that change in communities begins with empowered spiritual leaders. By equipping pastors with essential ministry and leadership skills, AMTI aims to build stronger, more resilient communities where young people find opportunities and hope. To that end, the dinner introduced the Church Leaders Training Scholarship Fund, a unique initiative designed to subsidize training costs for aspiring students in AMTI’s Department of Christian Ministry and Leadership.

AFFORDABLE TRAINING FOR EMPOWERED LEADERSHIP

To help ensure accessibility to all who feel called to leadership in ministry, AMTI offers a range of programs at competitive rates:

  • Certificate in Christian Ministry (2 Trimesters) – $320
  • Diploma in Christian Ministry (6 Trimesters) – $1000
  • Diploma in Theology (6 Trimesters) – $1,000
  • Diploma in Leadership and Management (6 Trimesters) – $1,000

The newly established scholarship fund aims to reduce financial barriers for many who cannot afford these fees, allowing more church leaders to pursue essential training. With adequate funding, AMTI can offer partial and full scholarships to students, enabling a larger cohort of community-focused leaders to emerge from the program each year.
