The Diploma in Leadership and Management program is designed to provide leadership and management skills to mature students who are actively involved in Church, community, and/or institutional leadership and who intend to further their studies and engage in life-long growth in the area of community empowerment, Church/institutional management, and public administration. Practical skills for effective communication, public speaking and persuasion, research and writing, and community engagement and mobilization, are covered in the program.
